Stability is what we need!!!

I think what this club needs right now is a period of stability,no matter what league we are in next season.
Chalky and Jim have the club at heart and if they could cherry pick which of this seasons squad they want and add to this with their knowledege of the non league football along with some more investment next season we could finally see this club we all love start to make strides in the right direction.

I agree, the high turnover of managers and players over the past three seasons hasn't helped in any way whatsoever. I'm sure we could all name eleven from them who if they'd been together at the same time would have had us challenging near the top of the division, instead of the past two years stuggles.
