So after Saturday's defeat "The Butthole Boys" returned To the Dovecote Stadium. On behalf of all we would like to thank the UCL chairman for attending today's game we hope you enjoyed the hospitality and realise the poor officials who are being paid every week they are not interested in common assault or GBH but happy at showing cards when making petty decisions. The League will realise one day when one of our players react to the underhand tactics which are allowed the aggrievance we are already subjected to. Ok rant over onto the game.

Shepshed made changes to Last Saturday's defeat with the absentee of Luke Pritchard, Sean Byrne started new signing from Ilkeston Bradley Gascoigne replaced Justin Jenkins.

For the first half narrowing the play didn't work and Scott Low was called into action more than expected but a change in format 2nd half certainly changed the game.

Second half was some of the best football i have seen us play for a long time. We gave them no time on the ball passed it round them with ease and most of all we looked confident. 4 great finishes and scott lowe looked brilliant again.

A quick word on the ref i think he had good game but where he let himself down was not booking the big fouls it seems u have to really hurt someone to get a booking in this league.
