Kirby Muxloe v Shepshed Dynamo Preview

The Shepshed Dynamo v Kirby Muxloe double header has been reduced to just the one game as the reserves game at the Dovecote Stadium has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. So the first team travel to Ratby Lane for a 3pm Kick off in The Baker Midland Football Alliance.

The two teams have already met twice this season with contrasting fortune for Dynamo winning the league game at The Dovecote stadium 4-0 although everyone admitted the scoreline didn't match the game with goals from Smedley, Chaplin, Papparozzi and Sutton then Kirby gained their revenge on their return visit in the FA Vase with a 3-0 reverse.

Kirby are currently two places below us in the league in 16th Played 21 won 7 drew 2 lost 12 scored 29 conceded 42 on 23 points and in their last 5 games have managed four defeats and one draw they were;

Tipton Home lost 2-0
Tividale Home lost 3-2
Coleshill Away lost 4-0
Highgae Away 2-2
Tipton Away Lost 4-1

Shepshed will be looking for their third undefeated result and a good start to 2014. Hopefully with both reserves teams not in action it will increase the attendance and Ratby Lane and lets cheer the lads on in their first game of the year.
