Shepshed Dynamo v Gresley
Tomorrow afternoon sees Shepshed Dynamo take on Gresley F.C in our 2nd home friendly and the visitors 2nd warm up game of their pre season.
What was meant to be a pre season friendly in which I hope SDFC, BWA and the followers of Gresley will respect it as the manner of a competitive game, however it has been turned sour by Gresley's Manager Martin Rowe with his comments in local press by commenting it being "Our Cup Final".
Tomorrow afternoon we welcome back as part of Gresley's squad Rob Mulonga last seasons Supporters Club Player of the season.
Last season we visited Gresley in pre season and came away with a 3-1 result a game we had the right to enjoy as the BWA travelled that afternoon and under Rowe's comments they dominated in the Coalville Charity Cup which their new midfielder Mulonga was denied two definite penalties and the Gresley faithful weren't interested in the visitors winning 8-2.
Gresley opened their pre season with a 2-1 defeat at home to higher league opposition Solihull Moors.
Shepshed Dynamo welcome Gresley Players, Coaching Staff and Supporters to the Dovecote Stadium tomorrow afternoon.
Basford United took on Loughborough Dynamo tonight and were beaten 5-0 and last night Dunkirk were beaten by Tuesday nights friendly opponents Holbrook 3-1.
Lets HOIST up the Black and White Flag tomorrow afternoon.
